At Meta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Meta account and visit your Order History to select the specific items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Securely pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, controllers, and manuals that were included in the box to ensure a successful return process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
